the hotel offers modern design. skyline views are amazing. staff were lovely and helpful. service is world-CLASS. i appreciated the warm welcome and seamless check-out.
the minibar was not filled until the third day.

Dumi and Abdelhaq offered personalized service through WhatsApp for stay-related inquiries. The room included a spacious bathtub, Montroi amenities, and a very comfortable bed. Our child received a mini bathrobe, flip flops, bathroom amenities, and a "make your own cookie" set as a welcome amenity. I found complimentary quality sunscreens available at the garden pool.
the reception area on the 25th floor WAS quite warm during check-in.

Breakfast at the 53rd-floor club featured a sufficient buffet selection and an à la carte offer. Bubbly and Bloody Mary were complimentary. I enjoyed the fantastic service, food quality, and ambiance at both Arrazzuna and Andaliman.

The kids' club engaged my child so thoroughly he didn't want to leave. The garden pool is appointed in a beautiful tropical garden and includes comfortable sunbeds. La Prairie SPA offers comfortable and heated massage beds in spacious rooms for couples' treatments.

The hotel had fine shared areas. I found the lobby, hallways, and views to be luxurious with beautiful modern design. The building itself is a landmark. The location has very nice views.

The housekeeping team demonstrated professionalism and attention to detail, especially Ojaswi, who kept my room impeccably clean. Staff members were kind and warm. The level of attentiveness provided was appreciable.

The state-of-the-art facilities included spacious bathtubs and Montroi amenities. I found the beds very comfortable. Our kid enjoyed a mini bathrobe, flip flops, and a make-your-own-cookie set as a welcome gift.
There were delays from the staff. Some seemed underqualified.
